Software and traceability

We integrate software solutions developed with specialist partners with whom we have worked for more than 20 years. These systems manage production data, generate labels, work with GS1 and SSCC codes, verify the applied information and connect labelling with the customer's management systems.

Special-purpose and high-speed machinery

From one specific difficulty to a complete line, we connect the technologies the project needs and leave out what adds no value.

Siemens and Lenze are our standard automation and motion platforms. Printing, marking and vision systems are selected and integrated around the pack, output and inspection requirements. Each project can include CE documentation, FAT and SAT testing, commissioning, training and support.

Labelling, printing and inspection

We work with all the technologies required for each marking and printing application: TTO systems, thermal-transfer printers, industrial colour printing and laser marking. Each technology is selected and integrated according to the substrate, the information to be printed, production speed and control requirements.

Each solution can be completed with machine-vision systems that check the presence, position, print quality and legibility of labels and codes, with automatic rejection when required by the process.

We work closely with label manufacturers on projects involving special materials, adhesives, shapes or application conditions. When an application is complex, we involve them from the initial study; likewise, these manufacturers rely on TEGAMAQ when their customers need a labelling solution beyond the standard.

Software and traceability

When the project requires it, we integrate management software to coordinate labelling, printing and traceability processes. We work with specialist technology partners with whom we have collaborated for more than 20 years. This shared experience connects machinery, automation and data management through solid, proven technical coordination.

The solution can integrate TTO, inkjet or laser coding, serialisation and DataMatrix verification, as well as application of the Bollino pharmaceutical label for the Italian market.

Cross-sector experience

We work mainly for the pharmaceutical, food, cosmetics and chemical industries, while also developing special applications for other industrial processes. Packs, materials, speeds and inspection requirements vary between sectors, so we apply a common technical foundation and configure every machine around its real operating conditions.

Machines built to produce and evolve

We design robust, precise equipment that is easy to operate, clean and maintain. Particular attention is paid to format changeovers and to the possibility of adding new products or functions in the future. The result may be a configurable machine, a deeply adapted platform or a completely special project: the process, rather than a fixed catalogue, determines the solution.

Our after-sales service includes remote and on-site support, spare parts, modifications, new-format integration and preventive maintenance to preserve equipment reliability and availability.
