A relationship with labelling that goes back a long way.
Before TEGAMAQ took shape as a company, labelling was already part of the family's professional environment. Esteban García built his career as a specialist in the field, passing on an approach to machinery based on experience, observation and a deep understanding of the process.
José Esteban García, managing director of TEGAMAQ, grew up close to this profession from an early age. Over time, that experience shared between generations became a project of its own, preserving the same commitment to precision, reliability and solving applications that cannot be answered with generic solutions.
From Humanes de Madrid, TEGAMAQ brings together more than 25 years of experience developing labelling machinery. A multidisciplinary team, accustomed to solving very different projects, combines accumulated knowledge, in-house manufacturing, automation and a direct relationship with the customer throughout the process.
Complete project
From initial study to commissioning.
Every project begins with an in-depth study of the customer's needs: we analyse the product, the container, the type of label, the production rate and the real conditions of the line. From this foundation, we develop the complete solution, from mechanical and electrical design through manufacturing, machining, assembly, wiring and programming. We carry out the necessary tests, install the equipment, commission it at the customer's facilities and provide training and after-sales service. The entire process is supported by specialists in every department with extensive experience in labelling and industrial automation. At the same time, we invest in young talent and encourage knowledge transfer between generations, combining new capabilities with the experience accumulated over many years within TEGAMAQ.
Technical collaboration
We work closely with label manufacturers on projects involving special materials, adhesives, shapes or application conditions. When an application is complex, we involve them from the initial study; likewise, these manufacturers rely on TEGAMAQ when their customers need a labelling solution beyond the standard.
In-house manufacturing
The parts required for each machine are also made here.
We have our own CNC machining centre, lathe and specialist machinery to manufacture the parts required to build and adapt our equipment. This in-house capability allows us to respond quickly, control component finish and develop special mechanical solutions without depending on a fixed catalogue.
