What we do
From primary pack to dispatch.
We begin with the product, the pack type and the actual line conditions to define the right solution. Configurable machines and custom developments are adapted to production rates and format changes. Every project covers design, manufacture, automation, integration, testing, installation and commissioning.
For trays, we develop compact machines that combine C-wrap, top and bottom labelling in a single unit, with the option to add promotional labels. We also work with jars, bottles, bags, cases, grouped packs and bundles, integrating batch and use-by printing, Print & Apply, vision inspection, quality control and automatic rejection.
When required, we integrate management software to coordinate labelling, printing and traceability processes. We work with companies dedicated exclusively to this field: technology partners with whom we have collaborated for more than 20 years. This shared experience connects machinery, automation and data management through solid, proven technical coordination.
Technology for lines that never stop.
We build equipment for 24/7 operation in stainless steel, with access designed to simplify cleaning and components suited to food production. Siemens and Lenze are our standard automation and motion platforms. Every machine is delivered with the required CE documentation and FAT and SAT testing.
We work with all the technologies required for each marking and printing application: TTO systems, thermal-transfer printers, industrial colour printing and laser marking. Each technology is selected and integrated according to the substrate, the information to be printed, production speed and control requirements.
Our after-sales service includes remote and on-site support, spare parts, modifications, new-format integration and preventive maintenance to preserve equipment reliability and availability.
