What we do

We design configurable machines and custom projects capable of integrating different applications on a single line: four-sided, three-sided, front-and-back, wrap-around and multi-position labelling. One multi-format machine can handle jerrycans, special four-sided containers and cylindrical formats, simplifying changeovers and optimising production cycles.
We integrate product labels, variable data and hazard pictograms, with the option to print labels in full colour and in real time during production. We incorporate all the coding and marking technologies required for each application, including laser, TTO, inkjet and thermal transfer, selected according to the container material, line speed and the information to be printed.
We complete each solution with machine vision systems to verify the presence, position, print quality and legibility of labels and codes, adding automatic rejection when required by the process.

Siemens and Lenze are our standard automation and motion platforms. Printing, Print & Apply, marking, vision and rejection are integrated around the pack and process data requirements. Materials and protections are defined for each product and installation, together with CE documentation and FAT and SAT testing.
